1. The Service & License
Kerbside provides a web-based quotation tool designed for independent, self-employed drainage contractors and tradespeople in the United Kingdom. Purchase of the Kerbside Drain Pack grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-account lifetime license to create, download, and dispatch drainage quotes via PDF and WhatsApp.
2. One-Time Payment & Access
The Kerbside Drain Pack is sold for a one-time fee of £47 GBP. There are no recurring monthly subscription fees. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Access to export features (PDF download, public customer link, and WhatsApp prefill) is tied directly to your authenticated user account.
3. Independent Contractor Responsibility
All prices, line items, job descriptions, and VAT selections contained within any quote are the sole responsibility of the contractor. Kerbside is not a party to any contract between the contractor and their customer, does not collect payment for drainage work performed, and does not provide legal or tax advice.
4. Disclaimer of Affiliation
Kerbside is an independent software tool. Kerbside is not certified by, partnered with, or endorsed by Gas Safe, CIPHE, WaterSafe, or any government regulatory body. Starter figures are examples. Adjust every rate to match your local market and business.
5. Operator
Kerbside is operated by Avellun Tec. Payments for the Drain Pack are processed via Stripe on behalf of the operator.
