1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide the quotation tool:

• Account credentials (email and encrypted password).
• Contractor business details (trading name and phone number).
• Your custom price book rates and quote line items.
• Customer property addresses and site notes entered into your quotes.
• Payment status and transaction IDs provided by Stripe (we never store credit card numbers).

2. How Information Is Used & Protected

Your data is strictly partitioned using PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS). Only your authenticated user account can access or modify your draft quotes and pricing templates. Public quote links (`/q/[token]`) only render read-only quote information if an active entitlement is confirmed.

3. Third-Party Processors

We partner with trusted infrastructure providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing and invoice generation.
• Supabase: Secure database storage and cryptographic session management.
• Google Analytics 4: optional analytics, loaded only with Analytics consent.
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API: optional advertising measurement, loaded only with Marketing consent. Purchase is sent server-side after Stripe confirms payment.

3b. Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you accept them. You can reject non-essential tracking as easily as accepting, and change this later via Cookie settings. Kerbside still lets you create quotes and pay without analytics or marketing cookies.

We do not send customer property addresses, site notes, passwords or quote contents to Meta or Google. Signup is not unconditional permission to send promotional email.

4. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

Under UK data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your account and associated quote records. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
