1. 14-Day Fair Refund Guarantee
We want Kerbside to work for your van and your patch. If you purchase the Kerbside Drain Pack (£47 one-time) and find it does not suit your quotation workflow, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, email our support desk at support@kerbside.co.uk with the email address associated with your Kerbside account and your Stripe payment receipt number. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. No Ongoing Subscription to Cancel
Because Kerbside is a £47 one-time purchase with no monthly recurring charges, there is no subscription to cancel. Once purchased, your account remains active without any recurring billings.
